I review a lot of self-prepared returns on an annual basis and am always amazed at the number of missed deductions which typically results in more lost money than the cost of my fee so please be thourough and allow enough quiet time to be accurate. 3. Are you going to form a corporation or LLC?
   I normally advise clients to use an attorney for incorporating and a CPA for helping to select the best entity but if you have already done the research and know which way to go, here is a great service that is reasonably priced: MyCorporation. 4. Need a logo for your web page or business?
   When I started my firm, I used a professional designer but recently I have had some small projects where I wanted to keep my cost down.    QuickBooks is an easy to use accounting program for your business. By the way, after you purchase QuickBooks, make sure you get a little training and set-up from a qualified professional. Ideally, find a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor to help you with the process. The better financial information you have the better you will be able to manage and grow your business.
